Return & Refund Policy

At ReDesyn, we understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky. That's why we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We're a print-on-demand merchandise platform created by creators, and every product is specially produced after you order it.


As each product is custom made for you, we process refunds only is special cases. We will not be able to process refunds for discounted orders.


We're unable to accept returns if the product doesn't match what was dispatched, comes back damaged, or perfectly matches the size and fabric quality mentioned on the product page.

We kindly ask that you read the product information carefully before placing your order, as every merchandise is created by and benefits a content creator.


The ReDesyn team verifies all returns via a picture and a physical inspection before processing refunds against the order, as it's also the creator's earnings. We're committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience and hope you'll love your purchase as much as we do.

Return & Refund Procedure:

Note:- We suggest YOU check our size charts & fabric/delivery details in detail before placing orders. 

- File for return within 2 days (includes weekends as well) of the receipt of your product, by placing a request here: https://redsyn.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime 

- We accept refund in the following cases:-

1 Defective/Damaged Product received
2 Wrong Product received
3 Print Issue
4 Stitch Issue
5 Fabric Issue
6 Delay in Delivery

- Include a picture of the defect in each case along with all relevant details.

- We will arrange for a reverse pick-up as the request is approved, the product will come back to us in 15 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further.

- As the team identifies the defect claimed in the physical product, we will initiate a refund and accept the product back.

- Refund initiated will be after debiting the inclusive GST & shipping, we will refund the product price. 

We don't have an Exchange Policy, as we manufacture a creator merchandise only once & preferably donate it to a community, being inventory light & on demand business.
